A little more than one year ago we got the keys to the bakery.

Moving from farmers market mode to an unknown store mode. Trying to figure out licenses, what is needed for the health department, supplies, fixing the building… oh boy, so many little stressful things but we managed and we opened. The first months everything was a little wonky, not enough bread, messing up orders, changing menus, changing opening hours.
But guess what? In the middle of this whole mess you showed up, and showed us nothing less than love, support and patience and this means the world for us! We are so thankful for having the opportunity to get to know each one of you!
Many of you started supporting us from the very beginning, at the Rivermarket, or with the Kickstarter, others helped get the bakery ready, fixing the building, donating mugs, a teepee tent, a chair, sofas, cabinets, mugs, lights, giving friendly support. In every little corner you guys helped us to build this place that started as a bakery and know is a home. People started coming as customers and they became friends. It’s a huge pleasure to see how you are transforming this place into a community spot!
We are very thankful also for having such good people working here, (thank you, Joh, Isaac, Lindsey, Gui, Emma, Caoimhe, Saoirse, Jesse, Sarah, Denise), and of course all the stunning artists that enrich this place! We feel like our family has been extended! We are very lucky to have you in our lives!
We know that we have so much to learn and improve but in the process we hope that you feel our love and appreciation back to you! We have exciting plans for this new year and we still have some rewards to fulfill, slowly we are getting there!
Thank you for believing in us and for giving your support in so many ways to make this dream come true!
